DIRECT DRIVE SCREW PRESSES DD SERIES

The latest generation of FICEP screw presses with direct drive (DD) is characterized by significant technical innovations that ensure an optimal positioning on the market as a leader with a wide range of models. Thanks to the introduction of recent structural improvements it is possible to reach even more interesting results: • Higher impact speed, therefore less wearing of the dies; • Achievement of the max. energy already at 70% of the stroke; • Reduction of the working time/cycle, with increase of the productivity; • Better energy programming with absolute accuracy and repeatability, both with single stroke and for working cycles with multiple strokes; • Very high efficiency that allows energy saving upto 50%; • Mechanical and electronic updating for reduced maintenance. With the DD presses it is possible to forge any type of material, including all new light alloys based on aluminum and titanium. Also the utilization fields are various: aeronautical, medical, automotive and motor transports, petrochemical, energy and many others.
