Tricia will set up a call with the prospect and determine next steps. Make Personal Contact: Contact your peers and share why you are a FIA member and your experience with all the benefits of membership. Recruitment Tips: • Share a time when FIA membership was essential to your career • Use the FIA website as an informational guide or a reference for sharing member benefits • Explain how FIA membership helps you solve problems; Ask prospects what they need to do better at their organizations • Share with your industry peers why you are a member

Our FIA Member-Get-A-Member Referral Program is the ideal opportunity to let your forging industry peers know all about the educational opportunities, news, networking, and resources that FIA membership provides. The Member-Get-A-Member Referral Program gives you an opportunity to reach out to others in our industry that could benefit from an FIA Membership.
