FACES OF FORGING

Warwood Tool This handshake at Warwood Tool captures a meaningful changing of the guard. A longtime machine shop supervisor, who began his career with the company in 1978, spent 47 years producing much of Warwood Tool’s tooling on manual machines. As the company continues its transition toward a modern CNC machine shop, the moment honors the experience and craftsmanship that built its legacy while looking confidently toward the future. It is a powerful reminder that progress in forging does not replace the knowledge of previous generations—it builds upon it. Through mentorship, investment and shared pride, Warwood Tool is working to ensure that its manufacturing tradition endures for generations to come.
