FIA Plant Engineering and Safety Committees Meet at Asahi Bluegrass Forge

What is 1,727 days you ask? An incredible safety record, and the number of days (as of January 17, 2020) Asahi Bluegrass Forge has gone without a recordable safety incident. The Plant Engineering and Safety Committees got under the hood to see just how the associates at Asahi Bluegrass Forge accomplish this all while maintaining a rigorous production schedule of mostly automotive closed die forgings at a high level of quality. Thirty-five committee members toured the plant and then met for their regular committee meetings in Richmond, Kentucky – 30 minutes south of Lexington.
