The Forging Industry Association Career Center has undergone an upgrade and now features enhancements and functionality improvements to help you recruit the right employees for your business. Completed Updates An updated career center design: An improved user experience and interface utilizing a modern look and feel for all pages within the career center. Improved job search design: This update benefits job seekers and employers by delivering a more intuitive user experience through a multi-pane approach which allows users to search for, view and apply to jobs on the same page. New free posting: All local/FIA job postings are completely free to FIA members. (Local postings are shared on FIA Career Center only. Network postings are extended to additional job boards outside of the FIA Career Center.) Top resume: Allows all users (with a free-to-register job seeker account) a one-time resume evaluation at no cost! New internship section: Employers that post internship positions (free to both member and non-member) will have their job posted in the general job posting area, but also separately under the exclusive internship area of the career center for individuals to view.
