There is not much change inmicrohardness of forged samples except HPM-T4-003 primarily due to refined grain structure as compared to other samples. The processing parameters play an important role in governing microstructure (grain size), microhardness, and stress ruptur behavior of these alloys. HPM-T4-003 alloy exhibited higher microhardness and also passed stress rupture test performed according to ASTM E112-13.
