ANCHOR HARVEY ANNOUNCES INTEGRATION WITH PMG FAMILY OF BUSINESSES Strengthening End-to-End Metal Solutions

A nchor Harvey, a century-old leader in end-to-end metal component manufacturing solutions, has announced the official integration of the PMG family of businesses— Precision Machining Group, Northfield Industries, D&N Machining, and New Dimensions Precision Machining—under the Anchor Harvey name. This marks a transformative milestone in Anchor Harvey’s journey to redefine supplier expectations and deliver metal-forming solutions to customers. Beginning in Q1 2025, Anchor Harvey will operate as a unified entity, combining its forging expertise with PMG’s precision CNC machining capabilities. Legacy Meets Innovation Founded in 1923, Anchor Harvey has pioneered aluminum forging across industries such as automotive and aerospace. Over the decades, it has grown through strategic acquisitions, including the 1976 merger with Anchor Screw Products. This latest integration with the PMG family signals a new era, reintroducing advanced CNC machining and expanding manufacturing to include iron, steel, and specialty materials. “By uniting under the Anchor Harvey name, we are not just embracing change—we are continuing a legacy,” added Bondar. “This integration is a milestone, but it’s not the final step.
