FIA AND FIERF ANNOUNCE 2025–2028 BOARD OFFICERS AND TRUSTEES

The Forging Industry Association (FIA) and the Forging Industry Educational and Research Foundation (FIERF) are pleased to announce the officers and board members nominated to serve terms beginning in 2025 and concluding in 2028. Forging Industry Association (FIA) The FIA Nominating Committee proudly announces the following officer appointments: • Jeff Jones , President of Forge Resources Group, will serve a one-year term as Chairperson. • Paul Spitz , Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Unit Drop Forge, has been named Vice Chairperson. In addition, the following individuals have been nominated to serve on the FIA Board of Directors for the 2025–2028 term: • Jim Kane , Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Ellwood Quality Steels • Mark Derry , Vice President of Operations, Premier Forge • Bob Bolin , President, GLAMA Forging Industry Educational and Research Foundation (FIERF) FIERF is also pleased to announce its new officers: • Kevin Seidel, Vice President Metallurgy & Quality, Canton Drop Forge, has been nominated as President. • Zach Herbert, Engineering Manager, Standard Forge Products, LLC. will serve as Vice President. The following individuals have been nominated as FIERF Board Trustees for the 2025–2028 term: • Elizabeth Bilitz , Director of Metallurgy & Quality, Finkl Steel • Henry Brewer , Operations Manager, Cornell Forge • Jim Kane , Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Ellwood Quality Steels • RJ Fryan , CEO, Kind Special Alloys
