The power of the hydraulic press, combined with the closed-die design, allows McKees Rocks Forgings to achieve the dramatic reduction ratios that are critical to high quality forgings. Their forgings range from 10 to 52 inches in diameter and in weights up to 5,000 pounds in almost any steel grade. McKees Rocks Forgings McKees Rocks Forgings is a division within the Standard Forge Products Plant located in Mckees Rocks, Pennsylvania. The plant is staffed by 130 employees and produces forged axles and circular forgings.
