Forge Fair 2021: Recap of This Year’s Show

Presentations &Educational Sessions During the show, exhibitors gave presentations on a wide range of topics, including optimizing die life, forging simulation, vibration control, billet handling, induction heating, maintenance and repair, automation and robotics, lightweight alloys, lubrication, and more. In addition to exhibitor presentations, FIA offered extended educational sessions, including Forging Fundamentals 101,

Forge Fair, North America’s largest event dedicated exclusively to the forging industry, took place October 26-28, in Detroit, Michigan. Although the show looked a little different this year due to travel restrictions and safety requirements, 1,285 attendees, representing 14 different countries converged at the TCF Center to connect face-to-face with their peers in the forging industry.

On the Show Floor Forge Fair 2021 featured 129 exhibitor booths on the show floor. Products and services featured in the exhibit hall included automation and robotics, forging/ forming equipment, tooling, die materials, lubrication, material handling, sawing/ shearing, shot blasting, rigging services, and more.
