Our range of high-performance Disc Sawing machines, furnished with carbide tipped blades, is the result of our extensive experience in the manufacturing of CNC cutting systems. Our sawing lines overcome all the limitations of the traditional disc or band saw. They increase productivity and output thanks to their exceptional perfor mance in terms of speed, accuracy, sawing quality and the reduction of scrap during production. FICEP also developed special sawing machines for Super Alloy Steels , which is another example of our market leading solutions.
Understanding the challenge to find and train operators, FICEP provides completely automated forging lines. For quality, consis tency, safety and throughput, Automated Forging Lines are the direction world-class forging producers are going. With our simu lation software we can project the realistic throughput of a forging cell and engineer an efficient, high-quality forging solution to the producer's forging needs. We provide 4-axes and 6-axes robots as well as billet selecting robots with vision systems for the most reli able automated forging lines in the industry. The partnership between FICEP and Campbell represents a perfect synergy between two companies that share the same vision of excel lence and innovation. Through this alliance, the American market benefits from a range of cutting-edge products and unpar alleled technical support, enabling manufacturing companies to optimize their processes and enhance their competitiveness.
The FICEP Hydraulic Press (HF model) (pictured above) is designed for hot forming parts in steel, aluminium, and other lightweight alloys. It is also suitable for preforming and trimming. The high rigidity of the monolithic structure allows for off-center forging, which means that more than one die can be placed on the working table. FICEP manufactures hydraulic presses in a (4) column design for preforming long parts, trimming and extrusion work and a Triple Action model HF-X. The Triple Action can be used in combination with multi-cavity dies and multi-steps forming. This press series consists of several excellent technical features: vertical and horizontal flashless forming, vertical direct and indirect extrusion, single and double horizontal direct and indirect extrusion, flattening and slating, differential horizontal forming, multi cavities and multi-step processes. Cutting can be done cold, warm, or hot. FICEP offers mechanical, hydraulic and electrical power shearing. The CADDY Shear machines (pictured right) are mechanical shears with horizontal slides designed to operate in fully automatic mode starting from the bar bundle to the unloading of the slugs. The CTCH Shears offer high performance hot shearing systems that heat and cut the bars in one single opera tion. Our CODEBRASS Shear line is specifi cally designed for cold and warm shearing of brass billets. FICEP offers the most advanced shearing tech nology for the forging industry. Performing a good, accurate cut is the first step in a forging process of the highest quality and efficiency.
Together, FICEP and Campbell are charting a successful course in the forging sector, leveraging their expertise and commitment to provide innovative and customized solutions. This collaboration not only boosts FICEP’s presence in the United States but also contributes to the growth and stability of the North American forging industry through an integrated strategy that combines advanced technology, expe rience, and a strong customer-centric approach.
Thanks to the joint efforts of FICEP and Campbell, the future of forging is brighter than ever, with a promise of sustainable growth and a positive impact on the global market.
