We were particularly encouraged by the insightful questions and enthusiasm shown by those who had little prior knowledge of the industry. This event allowed us to show case our modern equipment and processes that can offer rewarding and diverse career paths available in the forging and machining sectors, and to highlight the value of technical education. Our primary goal in organizing this event was to open the eyes of local youth to the exciting possibilities within the forging industry. We aimed to demonstrate that a career in manufacturing can be both fulfilling and lucrative, offering opportunities for personal growth, professional development, and long-term stability. By providing this experience, we hope to inspire the next generation of industry leaders and ensure that the future of forging remains strong. At EST Tool, we are committed to building a bridge between our industry and the next generation, fostering an environment where knowledge is passed down, skills are developed, and passion for manufacturing is culti vated. Events like Forging Day are just one step in our ongoing efforts to ensure that the craftsmanship and expertise of today’s industry will continue to thrive tomorrow.
