He is a firm believer of getting involved and not waiting for someone else to solve your workforce development challenges. Increasing SRPAwareness: SRP hasmade a substantial investment in marketing, starting out with a functionally- and visually-pleasing website; becoming regulars at the Paris Air Show; sponsorships; and Alex’s commitment to staying active in SRP’s business development activities. SRP has focused on and landed substantial new business for its large ring radial ring roller and has its eyes set on stepping up to even larger ring manufacturing sizes. The company recently completed a substantial office renovation to allow for a more open environment for teams to collaborate and improve workflow and response time to customers while opening up more space to add staff as they grow. All signs are pointing up for SRP. We thank Alex for his service to the FIA Board of Directors and serving as board chair 2019-2020.
