• FIERF is actively engaged with community college and university students. Seek them out for internships, co-ops and full-time employment. Offer tours for students. • FIERF is connecting the educational community and the industry to develop the future workforce, promote forged products and research and facilitate technology transfer. Make a corporate and personal contribution to reach these goals. FIERF has a wide range of resources available. To gain the most benefit, your company needs to be actively engaged. Join a board. Become involved with your local community college. And naturally, FIERF needs to fund all of these activities.
