CONGRATULATIONS 2025 SAFETY AWARD WINNERS!
T he Forging Industry Association (FIA), representing North American producers of forged metal components and the suppliers that support the industry, has announced the recipients of its 2025 Safety Awards, recognizing forging facilities that demonstrate exceptional workplace safety performance. “Safety performance remains a top priority across the forging industry,” said Mark Ames. “We’re proud to recognize companies that are setting the standard.” “This is one of the most engaged benchmarking programs we run,” said Tricia Abruzzino, Membership Manager at FIA. “I work directly with participating companies and our benchmarking partner throughout the process, and what stands out is how actively members are using this data, not just to track performance, but to drive meaningful safety improvements across their operations year over year.” Award recipients are top-performing facilities that participated in FIA’s 2025 Occupational Injury & Illness Survey, which benchmarks safety performance across the North American forging industry.
