INDUSTRY NEWS

E very company has its own story, but at the heart of every story are the people who make the work possible. With that in mind, FIA Magazine is pleased to introduce "Faces of Forging", a new feature created to highlight the individuals, teams, facilities, and moments that reflect the strength of the FIA membership community. From the shop floor to company celebrations, this section is intended to capture the pride, dedication, and culture that define forging operations across our industry. Forging is built on experience, craftsmanship, and commitment — and those qualities are best seen in the people behind the process. Through "Faces of Forging", we hope to offer readers a more personal glimpse into the workplaces and teams that keep this industry moving forward every day. FACES OF FORGING

3 Walor North America At Walor North America, the spirit behind the work is on full display in this photo of Ben Kushner, a maintenance technician, on the shop floor. His expression speaks to the pride and positivity that skilled employees bring to even the most demanding environments. It is a candid reminder that the strength of any operation begins with the people who show up each day ready to keep things running. We invite members to submit recent photos for consideration in upcoming issues. Whether it is a team photo, an image from the plant, a milestone event, or a candid moment that reflects your company’s culture, we welcome submissions that help tell the story of your organization. Selected photos will appear in future editions of FIA Magazine. To participate, submit your photo and information here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ZSDHM82 or email angela@ forging.org Thank you for helping us celebrate the people and companies that make our association so strong. We look forward to sharing the many faces of forging in the issues ahead.

1 FRISA In this image, FRISA offers a compelling look at the precision and expertise that drive its operations. As a team member carefully inspects a large forged component, the photo captures both the impressive scale of the product and the attention to detail required at every stage of production. It is a strong representation of the craftsmanship, discipline, and pride that stand behind every success in the forging industry. 2 US Drop Forge This group shot from US Drop Forge puts the focus where it belongs: on the people who bring skill, dedication, and pride to the forge floor every day. Standing together in their work gear, the crew represents the teamwork and experience that keep forging operations moving safely and successfully. Their presence reflects the human side of the industry — the steady hands, shared responsibility, and commitment behind every drop hammer and press forging produced in the shop.
